Nah, artists are like schrodinger’s cat. You don’t know if they’re horny or not until you open the- fuck, never mind I’m not making the joke, but it’s true.

If you look up lost media for a lot of cartoons, especially little doodles that got passed around by staff… it’s a bit harrowing.

As an artist who’s worked with artists: it’s usually an appreciation for the female form, but it gets weird quick. Especially when we’re asked/ forced to make it.

I wonder why drawing sexy men isnt as influential or perverted as drawing sexy women. Do women or gay guys see a sexy man like kronk and drool over him? For instance, is this guy sexy or just another guy?

That guy hella sexy. But yeah, in general women are WAY more sexualized than men, both in real life and consequently in media. Which is terrible. This is why I am campaigning to sexualize men more, in the name of equality. All movies should go in front of a panel of bisexuals who will deliberate how to best distribute the crop-tops, cheek-pulling pants, and gratuitous nude scenes amongst the characters. In the name of feminism, of course.

So did everyone else wonder how eating syrup off his body would feel or just me?

      I’m a straight male.

It’s not so influential because it’s not even close as common. And it’s also not the defining trait of male characters in general. While you could argue that this is a huge (and sometimes the only) factor for female characters.

Mother Incredible sure do have a shelf back there. You could jump on and ride around like an ostrich. With consent of course.

I was hoping people didn’t take it as “go here” and downvote me to hell haha. I haven’t been back on reddit since The day, I didn’t know it’s now banned! The good old days of reddit are gone.

And I don’t need to create anything on lemmy, there’s already So. Much. Porn. Half my time here is spent blocking different variations of yiff subs.

Well you see it’s because they drew them with boobs and curves. Nevermind that women anatomically have those things…kids don’t need to know that.

The Teen Titans nor The Incredibles were targeted at children. TT was mid to late teens and TI was absolutely for adults.

No, these characters were created for young children.

Teen Titans series’ creators initially stated that younger children were the intended audience for the series.

“but along the way, I think the producers discovered it was reaching a wider audience. … [the show] got into some darker story lines, and they introduced a lot more characters, so they expanded on it, and they let the show evolve with the audience.” — J. Torres, Titans Companion 2 by Glen Cadigan.[31]

The incredibles is PG with a target audience of 8-13 years old. Pixar Disney obviously works hard to make their films enjoyable to the adults in the room, but the film was made for children primarily, with the bonus that the whole family will enjoy it.

TT was definitely not targeted at 16 and 17 year olds. Kids mostly aged out of Nicktoons by 13 or 14 at that time.

Source: was in high school when this aired.
