Anyone else on kbin when browsing on all sometimes see posts from Lemmy that are supposed to have a picture but it’s missing?

Same it true the other way. Federation only only works with text and images are pulled from the original instances and there seems to be an issue with that.
not with pictures but videos go missing quite often for me
Yes. For me it is about 30% of the time. The thumbnail is missing but the image is accessible via the link.
