    If you can determine your hyper focus triggers with time and practice you can trigger them on demand. I’m no expert and am sure it doesn’t work for everyone but it works for me.

        Dumb luck. It wasn’t a thoughtful act of discovery. For me it’s music (or people) while doing things using my strengths.

        Strengths Finder 2.0 is the best resource for finding out what our strengths are. And these are the tools or methods we should use to solve problems and accomplish tasks as much as possible.

        For me doing those with people or with loud music triggers to hyper focus every single time. But it took years to figure it out.
