Doubt the heads were, but the lettering on the clothes is textbook AI slop.
Besides, in that episode, McCoy had the mohawk.
None of that lettering looks AI generated. Which one are you talking about? I think it’s just a good photoshop. Look at Kirk’s shirt. It has really light lettering of “Slash” or maybe something else (hard to tell since his vest blocks the whole word) on a light background. I don’t think an AI could do that.
It’s too old for good AI generation anyways. It’s >2 years old.
(That there is Kirk Thatcher, who wrote and performed the punk song in the movie. He’s also a prolific writer and director, having done a ton of stuff with The Muppets and Mystery Science Theater 3000.)
