A Japanese hairstylist has been sentenced to 17.5 years in prison and 20 strokes of the cane in Singapore this week for what the judge described as a “brutal and cruel” sexual assault and rape of a drunk student five years ago.
The wounds usually take between a week and a month to heal, depending on the number of strokes received. Murder is inhumane so let’s cut off murderers’ ears without anaesthesia, that’s more humane than murder so it’s all good.
Or maybe cut off a limb or two. Or maybe put them on drugs and torture them for a few months.

I would personally think going back to the justice system where you chop of hands for stealing something isn’t a priority.
