minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink2•19 days agoI guess it’s called sleep inertia and can be caused by decreased blood flow to the brain. This tracks with my issues as I am dissy when I first wake up. I have to set an alarm 15 minutes before I have to get up so I can “recombobulate.”
