minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink-8•24 days agoIf you have 0% body fat, lol. Worst that will happen is you’ll lose some weight and probably recomp a bit but 4 weeks really isn’t enough to do anything. 8 minimum to even start to see changes in my experience. Ymmv depending on bf %
Only 960 kcal/day is a starvation diet.
Based on the label in the post, it’d be even worse than that, 750g would only be 720 kcal
