Dungeons & Dragons plans to publish a new Systems Reference Document alongside its new 2024 rulebooks, hammering the final nail in the OGL's coffin.

The ogl and orc use unintelligible language, and have little legal precedent for rulings.

CC licences have neither problem.

  I don’t see how this https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/us/legalcode.en has less intelligible language than this https://paizo.com/orclicense
