Trump has been refusing to debate anyone this election cycle anyways so it’s a moot point. Biden is just expressing confidence that he could win a debate if Trump was willing to show up. Trump can pretend that his inability to win a debate is some sort of boycott to own the libs.
All the money in my pocket against all the money in yours that unless Trump is in Prison, he shows up for a debate against Biden. Trump was the front runner, by a long shot, during the Primaries, with only something to lose by debating the other candidates. That is not the case for the General, and he will take his shot trying to embarrass and upstage Biden, hell he might even try to knock him to the ground.
