    In the past I ate a lot of unhealthy snacks, but now I just eat some nuts if I begin yearning for snacks. Also sometimes dried fruit (which probably isn’t healthy in big amounts, but not as bad as cookies, chocolate or chips).

      Sometimes my cravings for junk food are just my body saying it needs salt. Sometimes I just eat a little salt on its own.

      What do if I can easily consume 1kg of assorted nuts in a single sitting? Almonds in particular are impossible to stop eating. (Which is why I don’t buy them in quantities above 100g).
