Grand juries don’t decide guilt. They decide if there is enough cause to send to a trial. Finding enough people to send it to trial isn’t that hard.

Look at Georgia and how much silliness is going on there. Only one prosecutor said they would take the case. If she is disqualified, the case will be dropped. The fact that everyone denied the case is pretty telling of the quality of the charges.

Trump held onto documents, and the courts must decide on this one since it is a complex issue. Interestingly, Biden did the same thing, yet he was declared too feeble-minded to be prosecuted. It’s not a great look when he wants to be president.

    The 34 counts are bogus.

One of the arguments is he paid off Stormy, as his sleeping with a porn star might hurt his chances of being the president. It is so silly it’s absurd. The people voting for Trump in 2016 likely saw that as a positive. The whole argument falls apart when you understand the people who voted for Trump in 2016.

So far I have seen nothing other than Banana Republic level stuff. It is a shame the Democrats are so afraid of Trump winning that they go full banana republic. If you have noticed, it has only increased Trump’s appeal.

I had debated strongly about voting for him in the next election, but all these Trumped-up changes have made me decide to vote for Trump.

I’m not here to argue with you. I don’t care about your feelings just the facts. You can look into the charges further at your own leisure. I’m not here to debate them with you. And I’m definitely not here for what aboutisms. If somebody breaks the law and gets caught then a trial is commenced based on evidence. If you can’t get enough evidence to convince a grand jury to indite then there is clearly not a case.

I am stating facts. The charges are political.

Just because a grand jury agreed, doesn’t mean it’s a good case. It’s why the Georgia case is falling apart quickly. Should have never went to a grand jury.

Even if convicted, Trump can still be president.

Yes.This says a lot about about America as a whole.

Revelation 18 [1] And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. [2] And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. [3] For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
