Today I got my first bot follower on Mastodon. Is there a way to remove it? I only see block available, but I’m not 100% sure what that does and I’d prefer not to have a porn account follow me. Any help?

Use the block option, the account is then removed from your follower list, at least that’s what I have done, & that seems to be the outcome. Can also report the account, which should get it removed, if enough complaints have been received…
Thanks! Blocking removed them, I just had to wait a little while for the bot to actually be removed from the follower list. Thanks again!
