Yeah? You can literally give yourself 360 vision with FOV changes. That’s quite an advantage if you can actually stomach what it looks like. Less extreme and more likely is that you see more to your peripheral than players not modding the game.
If it’s single player tho… Why? The only one who would be affected is the cheater.
