Pissed off I’ve client who wanted us to work on their project this week because it’s when they are least busy. When I demanded 20k to pay out my guys to make them miss their week off they backed down.
My company gives the entire Dec 24 - Jan 1st off. It’s like a free week of vacation, and it’s awesome.
