While they have done some pretty unsavory things involving Penny being the butt of many jokes that border on sexist, I can’t think of a single example of homophobia from the show.
You can find them but most are pretty light hearted transgressions that would go otherwise noticed but since it’s LGBTQ folks are pretty sensitive to it.
It would be great if folks could chill their shit and enjoy being the butt of jokes, but I get why that’s hard.
I googled the transphobic thing yesterday seeing the comments in here about it for that reason (not trans myself, maybe I just didn’t notice) and all I even found was a few blogs and a 20 minute video essay all talking about a single joke made in the pilot episode.
