I agree, take breaks when ever you can but I don’t think spending any spare time you find at work on a screen would be my definition of living mindfully.
I worked in food for 5 years, trust me everything in the building can be cleaned way faster than most people would believe and often times is fully cleaned multiple times in the day.
The goal is to look busy most of the time.
We kept the place clean as an operating room between rushes, and then while waiting for the rush to start after cleaning was done we’d wipe down random stuff and throw stuff in the sink for the boss to find so he could have a designated thing to bitch about.
