It’s not really a glitch so much as a symptom of how shop inventories function in the engine. Though, afaik, they don’t actually have to have the inventory containing the store inventory in the same cell. It just has to exist. This feels intentional because they know you’re gonna find a way to clip through the ground and get at it anyway.
