If you have any work documents/emails/etc on a personal device, it might get taken as evidence if the company is sued. It’s also about covering your own arse. If you have any work documents/emails/etc on a personal device, it might get taken as evidence if the company is sued. It’s not just WFH, don’t do anything work-related on a personal device.
