This reminds me of whenever I see someone claiming that Mogh, Lord of Blood, is immune to bleed damage. No. He actually isn’t. He is actually weak to it. Just because he worships the blood God doesn’t mean the blood God actually gives him any power. He has blood. If that blood leaves his body, he dies.

Now if they mentioned the sewer version, that’s a different story. He has no blood. Because he’s a hologram.
