Is this about trans acknowledgement? Heard a lot of heartwarming stories about how it feels the first time someone who doesn’t know calls them miss (or mister in the case of transmasc people) 🥰

Maybe, but I think she’d probably be more likely to go with “ma’am” if that was the case 🤷

It still gives me so much happiness everytime a random stranger calls me miss, ma’am, or any other female pronouns, so it isn’t just the first time for me anyways. And if someone I’m seeing calls me a good girl… Oh god I just melt. Not in a thirsty way, just a pure mind melt.

I feel like the first few times I was like “did I mishear that?” Dislike “ma’am” because I always feel like they’re saying “man” (and also, I don’t feel old enough for ma’am yet). I wish madam would come back into use.

I’m afraid the only way to hear “madam” often would be moving to England and even then, it would probably have to be a pretty posh area 🫤
