The Wall Street Journal's unspoken premise is rather than having food as a basic human right, people should be threatened with starvation.

    These Republican’s are all about hate and inflicting pain on their perceived enemies, which in this case the poor. Not surprisingly that includes a lot of Republicans. Dumb dumbs.
