How is that sexual?! Sex is supposed to feel good! Pain is the opposite of that! 😩
Maybe it will help you kind of understand it if you think about people who enjoy eating extemely spicy stuff. Like it hurts them but they like it. Same concept with pain in sex, only it additionally comes with sexual arousal! :)
Definitely not for many people though, it’s the kind of thing you either love or hate. So it’s understandable if you don’t get it if you are in the latter category.
Some people have wires crossed and experience pleasure with pain. I swear they did a study on it, but google is not being helpful.
