minus-squareFlying SquidOPlinkfedilinkEnglish1•2 months agoI would think something like that would be relatively easy to take care of with the metal if there was a cost-effective way to recycle it because the metal would end up in a forge and I don’t think any pathogens could survive that high a heat.
Think of all the plastic that ends up in landfills thanks to these “disposable” razors.
And plastic producers have known since its inception that most can’t be recycled.
I’m guessing the metal in the razors could be re-used too. Probably too expensive to do it though.
Also they’re technically a biohazard
