The follow up, Children of Ruin is also excellent. I haven’t read the last in the series yet, but it’s high on my list.
I listened to all three. It was hard to stop and take breaks. I think they just got progressively better. Such a good series!
The Final Architecture is also awesome. TBF until now I’ve only read the first book, Shards of Earth, but boy was that a ride. Absolutely needs to be a TV show.

This is not the first time I’ve encountered this book recommendation and now it’s in my read list.
I don’t think I have read anything by him I didn’t like.
I’ll have to look into their other stuff. Anything you would recommend first?
I think his Shadows of the Apt series is terrific. If you’re into audiobooks, the narrator for the series does an amazing job.
