This is fucking disgusting.
If the handicapped, elderly (and apparently “ethnic minorities”) have trouble getting themselves an ID (like those nice blue passports that were always allowed) then the issue lies there. Not what kind of ID you need to vote. Sounds like an infrastructure issue.
