I just watched it 3 min. and a sub called r/turtlemeat goes on and off. Strange things happen right now.
This could also be due to Reddits servers load. When the first huge wave of subs going dark came, they went on and off due to the servers lagging
Some rumors are already going around saying some subs like adviceanimals have had mods removed and reopened.
