      “Stolen” oil? It’s definitely ending up in the possession of some entity the Nigerians aren’t legally allowed to sell it to.

      “Theft” is just how the (by-the-books) accountants handle it

        Nigeria has a fuckload of crime and endemic corruption man. It’s almost certainly just literally stolen
