So much to me that the Avengers movie (Thor Ragnorak). I just re-watched made me think it was Michelle until I looked it up. Not doppelgangers but in certain light and poses they almost could be.
For sure, and I think Valkyrie (at least in Ragnarok) is a role I could see Michelle Rodriguez doing. I’ve not seen much of Tessa Thompson outside of Marvel but playing someone sort of emotionally closed off and broken by life, but carrying on, is something they both do well.
I should watch the D&D movie again.
That wasn’t Michele in The Avengers? I had to look up Tessa just to compare and yeah; they look almost identical.
Similarly, when Zombieland first came out, I thought Jessie was Micheal Cera. They look similar enough and basically are both cast as the shy, nerdy kid.
