Some thoughts from this Loops user on why the Fediverse matters. I’ve seen some people push back on the idea of “It’s like email, but for X”, but that way of explaining it really makes sense to me.

Auf Matrix heißt er mf_h. Ist ein kleiner Joke zwischen uns, dass das für “Motherfucking HURENSOHN” steht, mit der Betonung. Ist er natürlich nicht. Hier heißt er nur “mf” (ich bin mir zumindest zimlich sicher, dass er das ist), also nur “Motherfucker”.
Update: Er ist es tatsächlich nicht, heißt ich hab nen random Motherfucker genannt. lol.
